A clean and tidy venue is the first step towards a successful event. To keep the area impartial, we use "Ride on Sweeping Machine" and other equipment to make your venue a place to be.

As guests start arriving during fabrication, we ensure uncertainty is managed and deadlines are met. Debris removal and final setup preparation are prioritized before the exhibition begins.

Active and all time cleaning of entire venue during the event. We ensure that all restrooms , common areas and back stage areas are in ready to use condition. 

A complete cleanup following the event, including the removal of trash and venue restoration before turning the space over to the authorities.

 Handling of delicate and luxury materials from Cars, Wines and Watches to ensure no harm occurs while cleaning or handling.

We will monitor the foot traffic at the event. If the attendance exceeds the handling capacity of our on-site staff, we have additional staff on standby to manage any such situations.

We understand the importance of accommodating varying event schedules and are committed to working closely with clients to meet deadlines and deliver results, regardless of timing constraints.

Using portable and silent vacuum cleaners, our staff will make sure that the floor and carpet are cleaned and vacuumed during the event.

To manage and dispose waste at the event, we provide:

• Waste skips of various capacities
• Regular waste bins
• 3 Compartment stainless steel bins
• Ash tray bins
• Garbage bags

Prompt attention to any last-minute cleaning requirements throughout the event. For instance, unexpected rainwater washes in the location. Any food or drink spills in the traditional lounge or F&B area. 

Guests are concerned about the hygiene of the common areas including rest rooms. We ensure restrooms are odor-free and ready to use at all times. We also supply complementary hand wash and balm for the guests. Aesop or Rituals as per client request.
