Before the event, the venue must be well planned and prepared to ensure that all areas, including the parking area, are free of dust, nails, and other debris in order to prevent damage to vehicles with low ground clearance. To keep the area impartial, "Ride on Sweeping Machine" will be used.
Once all setup, production and fabrication work is done we will clear the venue for any debris left.
Throughout the event, there will be continuous cleaning and waste management to keep the slab venue, its parking area, and licensed F&B areas, etc. in good condition.
A complete cleanup following the event, including the removal of trash and venue restoration before turning the space over to Dubai Design District Venue Management.

There will be 30 trash cans for general waste, 10 cans with ash trays, and 5 stainless steel cans for the Classic
